~Love Liberates~

"Love Liberates" I remember someone trying to teach me about the meaning of what "LOVE" is. How young I was and I didn't really truly understand. The meaning of the word then meant to "hold tight" and to "hold close". But none the less over the years and gaining years of wisdom I understand more. To truly "Love" someone is to be able to have the feeling in your heart, in your soul, or in your mind. It's a feeling that someone has given you and it can never be taken away from you! To love someone is not to smother them, prevent them, to control their every move. In doing this is to smother, and this is not allowing someone to fly, to flutter their wings... In preventing another person to do what they want creates anger, misery, and grief. Where there is true "Love" there is not pressure or remorse. When there is "LOVE" you know it in your heart, in your mind and in your soul.. and if you truly get the opportunity to experience this feeling then you have one of the most important lessons in life~

The "LUCK" of the Irish.. today I am posting to wish all of you much LUCK in your life!! Tomorrow is "GREEN DAY"..I have a four leaf clover in my pocket!

As I sat and wondered hmmm what should I write about today? All I could think about was the many people that have been affected by the great earth quake yesterday in Japan. I also am thinking about a dear friend that is going through a divorce. It's all about ordinary people with extraordinary circumstances that make us who were are! Thank you God for all of the great people and things that I have in my life! I am truly blessed for all of my gifts you have given me....

Don't think about what you don't have think and cherish the gifts in your lives that you do have! We all do not have the same things. Maybe you have a son and not a daughter? Think about the couple that can't conceive.. Don't think about the thought that you haven't been given a raise in years be thankful that you have a job! Be thankful for what you have been given and make the most of what you have. There is always two ways to look at things in life. The man that is faced with a divorce can think about the fact that God has given him a chance to start his life over with someone that will value him! God gives us many gifts and many opportunities it's up to all of us to open our eyes and to see the blessings. Look around you the gifts you have been given are every where!

~New Beginings~

I finally decided it's time to start posting again. Life is a bit more manageable with a little less responsibility at the work site. Today here in MN big "SNOW STORM".. Just when we thought Spring was here.. I'm ready for some green grass, flowers, and sunshine! I hope some of you have continued to look in on my site. It's actually been 2 weeks since we returned from our vacation to Jordan. How time flies.. I so wish I was still on vacation sitting on the beaches of Aqaba.... Life is good and I'm making a promise to myself "I AM HITTING THE GYM TOMORROW"...................

~GREETINGS~

Greetings to friends far and near~ I have been MIA these days. I really get very little time and when I am I usually have so much to catch up on or I am exhausted~ I can hardly believe it's already nearing the end of April. My husband's parents will arrive from the country of Jordan on Saturday! How exciting is that... So I am sure I will be very busy. I can't wait to see what the think of the US. I am thrilled for them to meet my family and to experience our life style here in the states! I hope they aren't too bored.. Still working hard at my new job! Happy Spring to all~

~BLESSINGS~

Today I wanted to count my blessings and to thank all my wonderful friends and family! It was my "Happy Birthday To Me" on Friday, February the 13th, and Valentines Day yesterday/"Lovers Day". I have such a wonderful husband and son... I was truly spoiled ! My husband gave me the most beautiful dozen of roses!!! They are pink, white, and yellow.. He also bought me a COACH purse it is AWESOME.. Cody my son gave me 3 roses, red, white, and pink. He also gave me two sweet cards and ballons and one even plays music!

On Friday my parents came over and we took them to the Olive Garden/I have had better. I should have known when they are busy there food is usually not that great. I think my muscles were still moving lol... My parents gave some gifts and my mom made me a home-made New York Cheese cake can I say YUMMY!!!/10 pounds on my hips later lol... My husband and I then went to a comedy show with a guy from comedy central. He was pretty funny! I ran in to one of my sweet friends that I haven't visited with in about a year. We used to work together and we have since both left that employer and went different directions.

My husband and I then went to this sweet Wine Cafe in town. Low and behold earlier in the day I wanted to go to the local pub. I ran out of town because I am so dedicated to my work. However we did run in to them at the Wine cafe along with many other familiar faces. How nice was that and one of my professors was so sweet to give me a big spiel. He went on to say how darn proud he is of me. He said I am one of his favorite students ever and I am darn smart and he can't believe how much I have accomplished and become! Of course as humble as I am I didn't want to take owner ship because the things that I do are what needs to be done and I don't deserve or expect praise for doing them. He wanted to hold me accountable for my achievements! How sweet is he, ahhh.

Saturday my sweet husband, son, and myself were off to the Twin Cities. We went to the BMW dealership to pick up his car and it was getting serviced. We were then off to "Frogo De Chao" it's a very yummy steak, Brazilian restraunt. It was my son, Codys' first time he loved the place! We were then off to the Mall of America and Home! I had a super weekend! Now today we are off to my parents to go and celebrate all of the February birthdays. Then tomorrow my sweet sister, Tonya and her kids are coming over to visit with me and my family! I can't wait as we don't get to hang out very often! I hope all of you count your blessings every day and my heart goes out to those that are not with a loved one or for other reasons they are not with you.

~SLEEPING BEAUTY~

Yes, it has been some time since I have posted~ I surely haven't been sleeping...
I wish I could just spend a day sleeping... Knowing myself I know I wouldn't use it to sleep... To much else in life to do! I hope everyone is staying warm because here in Minnesota I think we are officially living in the Artic!
