Happy Birthday to my MOM & Happy Easter to all~ Today we spent Easter with most of my family. It was a white, winter here in Minnesota~ No outside Easter Egg Hunt for the kiddies. We had a nice day even though it was a white one. It was also my mother's birthday Happy 62nd Birthday Mom~ I brought goodies to my parent's house. So you know what I was doing last night and early this morning. Last night our evening began with coloring Easter eggs. I then made deviled eggs, cherry/pineapple salad, cheese tray, fresh pineapple, shredded beef, and cheesy potatoes. My mother made my favorite scotch~do~bars! She also made me one of my favorite salads. It was all very good! I have posted some pictures of my husband Sameer (Sam), and my son Cody! I will post another blog with some more Easter pictures~ I hope all of you enjoyed Easter Day~
