Isn't life amazing! And yet at the very same time so very cruel~I was reading a blog about children in orphanages :( how very sad... My heart breaks for them children. How can anyone give there flesh and blood away to live in a dark, cold place? You know I think maybe that place is better then the life that they would have been living. How my heart aches for them .... I read this quote in a book today "Live in the present moment", taste the moment, listen to the orchestra and hear all of the sounds. The author is so correct when he says that we all live in the future and we don't feel the moment.
Recently I have had some interesting counseling sessions with my clients. It's amazing how your clients will open up and share their stories with you. What a feeling I have to be able to inspire others and to give them hope, praise, and tools to work with. I am truly blessed~

Happy Valentines Day
Happy Valentines Day! I hope all of you got lots of hugs and kisses~ Yesterday was my birthday and I got a dozen of roses! I got lots of stuff from my family! Let me see I got a gift card for starbucks because everyone dear to me knows how much I love coffee.... My brother bought me a cell phone. I have one but this is an addittion so I can have connection any where I go! I drive out in the boonies and my cell phone doesn't connect to a tower? So now I get to carry 2 cell phones! And I got money and flowers from my mother, and things for my house and birthday text messages and birthday phone calls ahhhh, how much people are so kind....... Thanks everyone!
Today, I can't say that anything was special for me. With my birthday on the 13th I guess my husband thinks Valentines is on the 13th... I hope you all have sweet dreams.. oh tomorrow is yes, Happy Friday.. My good friend is coming to visit from Iowa.... We will whoop it up this weekend!!!

Happy Birthday To ME
Happy Birthday To MEEE..... I don't have much to say, hmmm unusual right! I had to run to the store to pick up some milk and cat food. Ofcourse they didn't have the Birthday cake I like.... So I will look tomorrow! I have to do some work before I turn in for the night. I need to do some case noting, sounds like fun ha.. Have a great night and I hope you tomorrow is even better!

The Frog and the Daisy
The weather sure is Froggy out lately says the frog to the daisy..
Really whispers the bright yellow daisy..all I can see is bright yellow sunshine..
Yes, says the frog everything is green. Hmmm says the daisy maybe it's the way you are looking at the world around you? Do you ever stop to think and question yourself and the things around you. Is what you are seeing reality or just a mirror of your reflection? Sometimes things really aren't at all what they are portrayed to be.
If you go through life never questioning yourself or the things around you then whose life are you living? Just some thoughts for you to munch on! OK, so today is Monday and tomorrow is Tuesday so what is Wednesday? That's correct it's MY BIRTHDAY....I smell birthday cake.. Like a fat kid likes to eat cake! Don't forget Thursday is for the lover in you....

black and white like a skunk stuck in muck

Time
Where does the day go? Never enough time to even enjoy the things I would really like to do hmmmm.... On Saturday I went to my son's basketball tournament. His team came in 4th place, but they gave it there best! I feel bad for the boys they had to play at a tournament last weekend, a game on Monday and Thur, and Friday. Then they had the tournament on Sat and they played another 3 games. They were tired.... Back at it on Monday and another game on Thursday! They only have about another week left for the season. I had my niece and two nephews for the weekend. So I got my fill of kiddies for the weekend!
I did stop at Barnes & Nobel on Friday night. I was so excitted I bought 2 more books that my friend suggested: "The Power of Intention" by Dr. Wayne Dyer, and "Awareness" by Anthony De Mello. I started reading Awareness and like his other book that I have been reading this was is also very liberating! I hope some of you read this books and they touch the depths of your soul!
This week is going to be busy with meetings at work and my Birthday, Valentines Day! I hope all of you have thought of those dear to you! Roses are red violets are blue I turn pink when I think about you! Hope you all have a Happy Monday! It's very cold here in Minnesota brrr, and it sounds like we are getting dumped on tomorrow, yes more snow!

LIFE
Doesn't life make you stop, ponder and question reality? The universe is very complex and the way it rotates. "ROTATE"; around, and around. Do for others and good things will return to you. We all have a path to take, follow, stumble upon. Why we are sometimes given opportunities, chances, coincidences? Maybe someone has come into your life for you to make a difference or them to make a difference in your life? The feeling of LIBERATION.......... I know these comments are so very out there per say?? But my mind wonders, questions, and debates. I am very humble to have such an opportunity to help other people find their dreams in life!

My Heart is Smiling
My Heart is Smiling...
Isn't it strange how someone can say or do something and it changes everything about the way you feel. It could be the kindness of a stranger or gentleness of a friend. Words have such great power! I took the advice of a great friend and bought this book yesterday. "The Way To Love" by Anthony De Mello. I recommend you getting this book. It's a little book and the chapters are meditational readings. They touch your soul. If you have ever experienced life grab a cup of coffee or a soda and a slice of silence. Sit back and let the words capture your soul. Enjoy, I know I have barely started reading it and I can't wait to read the next chapter. I started with chapter "What Must I Do"? A bit out of sequence but it fit me for the day! I hope you enjoy this reading! I picked it up at Barnes and Nobel. You can check out an inserp on-line.
I hope all of you enjoy your day! Here in Minnesota the weather has become warmer. I can't wait until the warm weather arrives. If there are any superbowl fans out there I hope your team wins!
