Day trip of the Dead Sea!

We took a day trip to the Dead Sea it was amazing to spend the day in the warm sun!  I also got to see some blooming flowers!

Something I really like about the country of Jordan is the availability to be able to tour all of the amazing places within hours such as; Aqaba;  Dead Sea, Petra, Wadi Rum, the sea, desert, mountains, and valleys within hours!  I am so looking forward to Spring time in Jordan this will be the first time I have been here during this time of the year and I hear it is GRAND!!!  I hope you enjoy these few pictures and the pictures simply don't do these views in person justice...  If you ever have the opportunity to visit the country of Jordan it is glorious and of course it's where one of the wonders of the world is located Petra!  I visited Petra back in 2001 I am sure things have changed in some aspects but I will never forget the camel ride!  I am beginning to see the symbols and signs of SPRING!!!  Everyone HAPPY HUMP DAY!

LAZY SUNDAY

Sitting here on this lazy Sunday day thinking about this and that.  I hope everyone had a great weekend and depending on where you live I guess determines how the weather was.  It has been cold here in Jordan I almost wish I was in Minnesota its been cold here in Amman, Jordan around 45 degrees.  I can't wait for the weather to warm up I'm ready for Spring!  Missing all of my friends and family distance at times when you miss people can be very cruel.  Maybe I will see the spring tulips that blossom early in Jordan.  I read that spring flowers have already started to blossom in Jordan I can't wait for the fragrant smells and the sites of spring beauty!  Happy Birthday to my brother and Happy Birthday to my mother in-law may your day be filled with love, joy, and happiness!  I hope everyone has a great week!

LOST TIME...

It's so hard to imagine where all the years go all the memories that fade and all the lost ties.  I often tell people when they are thinking about going to college but they don't know what they want to major in I tell them "JUST GO"!!!  If you don't go and enroll and start your classes you might not ever do it.  All the time you sit and wait and contemplate about this or that your actually wasting time.  The point is as I'm sitting here at this moment thinking about where I am in my own life. Thinking about what I have achieved and what my next move is as like in playing chess.  I'm currently on the other side of the world my husband, our dog Princess, and I relocated to the country of Jordan his native country.  We have been living here for 6 months and 17 days.  I have medical conditions that have totally affected and changed my life in ways I never imagined in the last few years.  It makes me question and think about time and especially the future.  So I will sign off by stating don't wait any longer for the things that you are wanting to do in life because time is short and you might not get that opportunity to do the things you want to do~

I AGREE ITS ALL ABOUT SELF-WORTH!!! 

To be original and eccentric is to be real with ones' self.  To be honest I didn't even begin to learn about self-worth until I was in college kind of unbelievable when I think about it now but when I look back at my childhood and my life at the time I guess it's really not that unthinkable of a statement.  Thank goodness I went to college where I began to question everything and everyone and everything from an ethical stand point and I thought Logic class would be useless! 

Well now that my birthday passed it was on February 13th & Valentines Day was on February 14th the day of LOVE...  I am another year older and a little more wiser I have eaten half the birthday cake and I am still enjoying the site of my beautiful flowers!  Thank you to everyone for all of the birthday wishes and thank you to my hubby for all the lovely treats!  Much Love,
